• Tie in the back to fit either tight and snatch the waist or loose if you want too!
•  Paired with a bubble skirt because... the fabric was just begging us to do that!!
•  This piece contains another shoe diva type fabric of a woman and her dog combined with fun colors and polka dots.
• The buttons on her are apples as well :)
• Made with a breathable cotton material.
